1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of hciss.io and related pages (the "Site"), operated by HCISS LLC ("HCISS", "we", "us"), 7043 South Constance Ave, Suite 3A, Chicago, Illinois 60649. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Services and separate agreements

The Site describes HCISS solutions, including the AI Security Readiness Kit, 90-Day AI Adoption Readiness, AI-SAMA and Managed Monitoring & Compliance Support. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work or order form. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Prices shown on the Site are in US dollars, exclude applicable taxes and may change. A price applies only once confirmed in a written agreement.

3. Information on the Site

Content on the Site, including blog posts, resources, webinars and self-assessment results, is general information. It is not legal, compliance or professional advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a client relationship.

HCISS builds readiness and documents evidence. We do not certify compliance with any standard or regulation; certification and formal assessments are performed by accredited third parties, and compliance remains your organization's responsibility.

4. Roadmap items and forward-looking statements

Services and products marked "Roadmap" or described as in development or research are not generally available. Descriptions reflect current plans, and features, availability and timing may change without notice.

Information about the QSE Token is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any token, security or other financial instrument.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems or other users' data;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written permission;
• interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware or overloading it;
• submit false information, spam or content that infringes others' rights or breaks the law;
• scrape or copy the Site's content for commercial use without permission.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the Site, please report it to support@hciss.io rather than testing it further.

6. Your submissions

When you submit information through our forms, you confirm it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or regulated data, such as protected health information, through Site forms.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the HCISS name, AI-SAMA, BSECALink, BSECABOT, CDMLT and other product names, are owned by or licensed to HCISS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site pages for your own internal, non-commercial use, with attribution. Any other use requires our written permission.

8. Third-party links and content

The Site links to third-party sites and services, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, HCISS Academy on Teachable and quantsec.ai. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, HCISS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HCISS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HCISS against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Cook County, Illinois, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Site, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
